Frequently Asked Questions

What types of charities do you work with?

I primarily work with UK charities and non-profits, particularly small teams that need specialist digital marketing support but don't have the resources or need for a full-time digital specialist.

What can you help our charity with?

I work across paid media, SEO, donation-journey UX and analytics. I can help you understand where potential supporters are dropping out, improve your website and campaigns, and make sure you're measuring what is actually driving donations, volunteers or enquiries.

What is the Digital Audit?

The Digital Audit For Charities is a fixed-price review of your tracking, search visibility, paid campaigns and key user journeys, including your donation journey. You'll receive a written report and a prioritised action plan showing what to tackle first, based on the likely impact and the resources available to your charity.

Do we have to continue working with you after the audit?

No. The audit is designed to be useful whether or not we work together afterwards. You can take the findings and action plan to your internal team or another supplier if that's what works best for your charity.

Can you work with our existing team?

Yes. I can work alongside your existing marketing, fundraising, communications or web team, as well as other suppliers. You can bring me in for specific areas where you need specialist expertise or for wider digital marketing support.

We have a limited budget. Can you still help?

Yes. I start with your available resources, rather than recommending a strategy that your team doesn't have the time or budget to implement, and prioritise the changes most likely to make a meaningful difference.

How do we get started?

We start with a conversation where you tell me where you are with digital maturity, what's working and what's causing problems. We can work out together whether a Digital Audit or another type of support makes sense for your charity.

What happens after the audit?

We'll go through the findings together and agree what, if anything, is worth tackling next. You can implement the recommendations yourself, have me do the work, or split the work between us.
